3 ripe bananas, mashed

2 large eggs

½ cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)

½ cup almond flour

½ cup whole wheat flour

½ cup vanilla protein powder

1 tsp baking powder

½ tsp baking soda

½ tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon (optional)

½ cup honey or maple syrup (adjust based on sweetness preference)

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ cup walnuts or chocolate chips (optional, for added texture)

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.

      In a separate bowl, whisk together the almond flour, whole wheat flour, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.

        Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined. Be careful not to overmix.

          If using, gently fold in the walnuts or chocolate chips at this stage.

            Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread it evenly.

              Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

                Once baked, remove from the oven and let it cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

                  Slice into 10 equal pieces. Each slice contains approximately 10 grams of protein!
