Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup dried hibiscus flowers
  • 4 cups water
  • 1 cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup honey or agave syrup
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 2 cups sparkling water
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime slices for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Boil 4 cups of water in a medium saucepan.
  • Remove from heat and add dried hibiscus flowers, steep for 15-20 minutes.
  • Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher and let it cool.
  • Add fresh raspberries, honey or agave syrup, and lime juice to the tea.
  • Gently crush the raspberries and stir until the sweetener dissolves.
  • Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  • Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the hibiscus mixture until two-thirds full.
  • Top with sparkling water and stir gently.
  • Garnish with lime slices, extra raspberries, and mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately.
