Ingredients

2 cups watermelon, cubed and frozen

1 cup strawberries, hulled and frozen

1 ripe banana, frozen

1/2 cup coconut water (or almond milk)

1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)

1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Fresh strawberries and watermelon slices for topping

2 tablespoons granola (for crunch)

2 tablespoons shredded coconut (optional)

Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Start by blending the frozen watermelon, frozen strawberries, and frozen banana in a high-speed blender.

Add the coconut water (or almond milk), honey (if using), and vanilla extract to the blender.

Blend on high until smooth and creamy, pausing to scrape down the sides as needed. You want a thick consistency that can hold topping.

Once blended, taste the smoothie bowl and adjust sweetness if desired.

Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl, smoothing the top with a spatula or the back of a spoon.

Artfully arrange the fresh strawberries and watermelon slices on top for decoration.

Sprinkle granola and shredded coconut for added texture and garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing smoothie bowl!
