Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can 10.5 oz cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups fresh or frozen green beans trimmed and cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese divided
  • 1 cup crispy fried onions plus extra for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Add cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until smooth.
  • Fold in the green beans and half of the shredded cheddar cheese until evenly distributed.
  • Pour the mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and crispy fried onions on top.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
