Ingredients
  

  • 12 pieces mini sweet peppers
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • ¼ cup fresh herbs finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste freshly ground black pepper
  • ½ cup cooked bacon bits or chopped olives optional

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Slice off the tops of the mini peppers and remove the seeds.
  • In a bowl, blend cream cheese, cheddar cheese, feta cheese, herbs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  • Fold in bacon bits or olives if desired.
