Ingredients

20 large pasta shells

1 cup ricotta cheese

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup cooked scallops, chopped

1 cup fresh spinach, chopped

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon lemon zest

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

2 cups marinara sauce

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the Shells: Boil a large pot of salted water. Cook the pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside on a baking sheet with a drizzle of oil to prevent sticking.

Prepare the Filling: In a large bowl, combine the ricotta cheese, chopped shrimp, chopped scallops, chopped spinach, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, lemon zest, and red pepper flakes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Stuff the Shells: Using a teaspoon or piping bag, fill each pasta shell with the seafood mixture. Place the stuffed shells in a large baking dish.

Add Marinara Sauce: Pour marinara sauce evenly over the stuffed shells, making sure to cover them completely.

Top with Cheese: Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese generously over the top of the sauce.

Bake: Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.

Garnish and Serve: Remove from oven, let cool for a few minutes, and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
