Ingredients
  

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 pound shrimp peeled and deveined
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup green onions finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1 egg beaten for egg wash
  • to taste salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix shrimp, cream cheese, green onions, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into 3-inch squares.
  • Place a tablespoon of the shrimp mixture in the center of each square.
