1 cup plain Greek yogurt (or your preferred yogurt)

1 ripe banana

1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust based on sweetness preference)

1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A handful of ice cubes (optional, for a thicker texture)

Instructions
 

Prepare the Ingredients: If you're using fresh cherries, wash and pit them. If using frozen, there’s no need for prep.

    Blend: In a blender, combine the cherries, Greek yogurt, banana, honey, almond milk, and vanilla extract. If you're looking for a frostier consistency, add the ice cubes.

      Blend Until Smooth: Blend on high speed until all ingredients are well combined and smooth. You may need to scrape down the sides of the blender to ensure everything is mixed well.

        Taste and Adjust: Taste your smoothie. If you prefer it sweeter, add a little more honey and blend again.

          Serve: Pour the smoothie into glasses. You can garnish with a few whole cherries or a dollop of yogurt on top for presentation if desired.
