1/2 avocado

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)

1 tablespoon honey (optional, adjust for sweetness)

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Ice cubes (optional for a colder smoothie)

Instructions
 

Start by washing the spinach thoroughly to remove any dirt or grit.

    In a blender, add the fresh spinach leaves, ripe banana, and avocado.

      Follow with the Greek yogurt and almond milk. If you prefer a thicker smoothie, reduce the amount of milk, or if you like it thinner, add more.

        Add honey for a touch of sweetness, and the vanilla extract for flavor.

          If you like your smoothie chilled, throw in a few ice cubes.
