Ingredients

1.5 lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes

1/2 cup honey

1/4 cup soy sauce

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 cup bell peppers (red and green), chopped

1/4 cup green onions, sliced (for garnish)

Optional: sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, ginger, black pepper, and sesame oil to create the marinade.

Place the steak cubes in a large resealable bag or a bowl and pour the marinade over them. Ensure all pieces are well-coated. Seal the bag or cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for deeper flavor.

After marinating, transfer the steak and marinade into a slow cooker. Add the chopped bell peppers.

Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours or on high for 2-3 hours, until the steak is tender and flavorful.

Once cooked, give everything a gentle stir. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serve warm, garnished with sliced green onions and a sprinkle of sesame seeds if desired. Enjoy with rice or noodles!
