1 can (15 oz) black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)

1 cup diced tomatoes

1 avocado, diced

1 cup shredded lettuce (Romaine or iceberg)

1 cup sour cream

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 packet (1 oz) ranch seasoning mix

1 tsp lime juice

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

2 green onions, thinly sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

Tortilla chips, for serving

Instructions

Prepare the Ranch Base: In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, ranch seasoning mix, and lime juice. Mix well until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Layer the Ingredients: In a large serving platter or dish, spread the ranch base evenly across the bottom.

      Add the Layers:

        - Place the black beans on top of the ranch base as the first layer.

          - Sprinkle the corn kernels evenly over the black beans.

            - Add the diced tomatoes as the third layer.

              - Distribute the avocado pieces across the tomatoes, followed by the shredded lettuce.

                - Evenly sprinkle crumbled bacon atop the lettuce layer.

Finish with Cheese and Greens: Carefully layer the shredded cheddar cheese and feta cheese over the bacon. Finally, garnish with sliced green onions for an extra burst of flavor.

Chill and Serve: Cover the dip with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve chilled with tortilla chips for dipping.
