  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Cook the noodles in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and rinse with cold water.
  • In a bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, minced garlic, and grated ginger until smooth.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sauté mixed vegetables for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add cooked noodles to the skillet and drizzle with the sauce, tossing to coat evenly.
  • Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  • Fold in sliced green onions and remove from heat.
