Ingredients
  

1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons chili powder

1 teaspoon cumin

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)

Salt and pepper to taste

8 small corn or flour tortillas

1 cup cabbage, finely shredded

1 avocado, sliced

Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Lime wedges, for serving

For the Mango Salsa:

1 ripe mango, diced

1/2 red onion, finely chopped

1 jalapeño, seeded and minced

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Juice of 1 lime

Salt to taste

Instructions
 

Prepare the Mango Salsa: In a bowl, combine diced mango, red onion, minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well and set aside to allow the flavors to meld.

    Season the Shrimp: In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper until well coated.

      Cook the Shrimp: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and cooked through. Remove from heat.

        Warm the Tortillas: In another skillet or directly over an open flame, warm the tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side, or until pliable.

          Assemble the Tacos: On each tortilla, place a layer of shredded cabbage, a few shrimp, slices of avocado, and a generous spoonful of mango salsa.

            Garnish: Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and serve with lime wedges on the side.
