Ingredients

1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1 tsp smoked paprika

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 cups frozen French fries

1 cup shredded nacho cheese blend

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup guacamole

1/2 cup pico de gallo

4 large flour tortillas

Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

Prepare the Steak: In a large bowl, combine thinly sliced flank steak, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well to coat the steak evenly. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Cook the Fries: While the steak is marinating, preheat your oven and cook the frozen French fries according to package instructions until they are golden and crispy. Remove them from the oven and set aside.

Cook the Steak: Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated steak in a single layer. Cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until the steak is nicely browned and cooked to your preferred doneness. Remove from heat.

Assemble the Dirty Fries: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked fries and the cooked steak. Add the shredded cheese and gently toss to combine, allowing the cheese to start melting from the heat of the fries and steak.

Prepare the Burritos: Lay a large flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spoon a generous portion of the steak and cheese fry mixture onto the center of the tortilla. Add a dollop of sour cream, guacamole, and pico de gallo on top.

Wrap the Burrito: Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll from the bottom up to create a burrito. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.

Serve: Slice the burritos in half, garnish with fresh chopped cilantro, and serve with extra sour cream and guacamole on the side.

Prep Time: 30 minutes | Total Time: 1 hour | Servings: 4 burritos
