  • 1 lb flank steak thinly sliced against the grain
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil divided
  • 4 cloves garlic finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 whole bell pepper sliced
  • 1 cup snap peas or green beans trimmed
  • 2 whole green onions thinly sliced

  • Remove the steak and set aside, then add remaining olive oil to the skillet.
  • Sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Add soy sauce, honey, and rice vinegar, stirring to combine and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Incorporate sliced bell pepper and snap peas, cooking for 3-4 minutes until tender yet crisp.
  • Return the steak to the skillet, add the cooked pasta, and toss with reserved pasta water to achieve desired sauce consistency.
