  • 2 cups frozen peaches diced
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup chilled coconut cream
  • ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
