  • 1 bag frozen hash browns fully thawed
  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup pimento cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ½ cup cream cheese softened to room temperature
  • ½ cup diced green onions
  • ½ cup diced red bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed buttery crackers
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • In a large bowl, mix thawed hash browns, cheddar cheese, pimento cheese, sour cream, cream cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
