Ingredients

1 lb ground chicken

1 cup fresh spinach, finely chopped

1/2 cup white cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup breadcrumbs (use panko for extra crunch)

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 clove garlic, minced

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 egg, beaten

Olive oil (for cooking)

Burger buns (for serving)

Optional toppings: lettuce, tomato, avocado, or your favorite condiments

Instructions

Prepare the Mixture: In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, finely chopped spinach, white cheddar, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, smoked paprika, Worcestershire sauce, and the beaten egg. Mix until all ingredients are well incorporated.

Form Patties: Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into burger patties, approximately 1/2-inch thick. You should get about 4 patties.

Chill the Patties: Place the formed patties on a plate and refrigerate for about 15-20 minutes. This helps them firm up and makes them easier to cook.

Preheat the Cooking Surface: Heat a skillet or grill over medium heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil to the pan if you're using a skillet.

Cook the Burgers: Once the skillet is hot, add the patties. Cook each side for about 5-6 minutes, or until they are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

Serve: Toast the burger buns, then place the cooked chicken patties on the bottom half of each bun. Add any desired toppings such as lettuce, tomato slices, or avocado. Top with the other half of the bun.

Enjoy: Serve your delicious White Cheddar and Spinach Chicken Burgers hot with your favorite side, like sweet potato fries or a fresh salad.
